Stormy Belle is a breathtakingly beautiful Shepherd mix, around 5 years old and weighing 52lbs, with a majestic black coat and captivating golden-brown eyes. She embodies the essence of a "soul dog," the kind of companion who becomes an integral part of your heart. Her initial shyness melts away to reveal a goofy, silly, and utterly devoted shadow who lives for a game of fetch and a tasty treat.

Ideal Home

Stormy Belle would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard, ideally in a suburban setting rather than a busy city. While she's been wonderful with children of all ages, she would prefer a home with older children (around 14 and up) who can better understand and respect her need for space and calm.

Ongoing Health

Stormy Belle is a rescue dog, and while her exact age and breed composition are a best guess, she comes fully vetted and healthy for travel.

Training & Support

Stormy Belle is a smart and eager-to-please girl who is a joy to train. She already knows "sit" and "down," understands "touch," and has a good recall. She walks well on a leash, is crate trained, potty trained, and has excellent house manners. Her quiet nature makes her a great companion for those who work from home, though she certainly appreciates attention.

Stormy Belle is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue-run, USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. An $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
