Carver

Carver is a lovable 3-4 year old, 28 lb hound mix with a voice as loud as his heart is big! Carver is a sweetheart through and through, and he's ready to find a patient and understanding family who will embrace him for who he is. Carver's journey hasn't been without its challenges. He was adopted previously but unfortunately returned almost exactly 1 year later for being dog reactive. However, with the right approach and proper introductions, Carver has shown tremendous improvement and now enjoys playing with other dogs when given the chance. Patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement will be key in helping him build confidence and navigate his interactions with other dogs. With the right guidance, Carver is sure to continue blossoming into the best version of himself.

Ideal Home

Carver would thrive in a calm and understanding household where he can receive plenty of love and attention. He can live with other dogs but needs structure and an experienced household. Children over the age of 10 please.

Carver is dog reactive, but has shown improvement with proper introductions and guidance.
