Topaz is a sweet and petite poodle mix who is learning to trust and love in her foster home. She was unfortunately overlooked in her previous life, with little human contact. Now, she's blossoming and showing her true, friendly personality, especially with other dogs! She can be a bit shy and timid when first meeting new people, so patience and a gentle approach will go a long way.

Ideal Home

Topaz would thrive in a home that can continue to provide a safe and structured environment for her. A secure, fenced yard is a must for her to explore and feel safe. We believe she'd do best in an adult-only home or one with older children, as she is still learning to navigate human interactions.

Ongoing Health

Topaz is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She is in good health and ready for her forever home.

Training & Support

Topaz is working on building her confidence and learning about the world. She is house-trained and friendly with other dogs. Her shyness with new people means she'll need continued positive reinforcement and a calm environment to help her feel secure.
