Greta

Greta is a joyful and silly girl who is ready to bring her happy-go-lucky spirit to a new home! She absolutely adores people and is a fantastic companion. Greta is approximately 2 years old and weighs under 45 pounds.

Ideal Home

Greta would do well with a playful, non-dominant dog friend of similar size or larger. Because she can resource guard food and toys (from other dogs only), it's recommended she be fed and given toys separately, and not when she is playing with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Greta is fully vetted and up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Greta is currently working on several commands, including 'sit', 'down', 'place', 'stay', 'touch', 'leave it', and loose-leash walking.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
• Please note that adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our priority is finding the best possible home for each animal.

Transportation

Greta is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption and transport to an agreed-upon location. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Video calls will be used for adoption interviews and meet-and-greets.
