Benjamin is a big handsome bull terrier with the most wonderful disposition. He loves attention from people and will worm his way into your lap for pets and head scratches. When he's excited, he can turn into a fur-covered bowling ball, so be wary of these bursts of energy!

Benny was kept in a crate most of his life, so he has a real zest for exploring and meeting new people. Although he loves a good adventure, he also loves his couch time and has to be right beside, touching, or on top of those he loves.

Ideal Home

Benny would do best in a home ready for his bursts of excitement and that can provide a routine. Due to his strong prey drive, he may not be the best fit for homes with small animals or cats.

Training & Support

Benny is currently working on his leash skills and house manners, like not jumping up. He's showing a lot of success with the "leave it" command. He also does best with a routine to avoid accidents, as he doesn't always alert when he needs to go potty. He is crate trained and does well in the crate when left alone. He is more toy-motivated than treat-motivated.
