Greyson

Greyson is a goofy pup who loves toys and being silly, often getting the zoomies! He's a smart cookie who loves to learn and has great focus, especially when treats are involved. He walks well on a leash and already knows "sit." At night, he loves to sleep in bed with his people, belly exposed, and always wants to be touching his humans.

Ideal Home

Greyson would thrive in a home where his family can help him use his brain and body a lot to burn off his energy. He would LOVE a family that is home most of the day and can spend tons of time with him, as he can get nervous when his people are away. He has done well with older kids in his foster home and has been extra cuddly with them, but young, noisy, or busy children can be too much for him.

Greyson has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Greyson is crate trained and is gradually being allowed to roam the house when home alone. He appears to be potty trained and has not had any accidents in his foster home. He is a little nervous in the car. While he sometimes isn't sure how to act around other dogs and can be socially awkward, he enjoys spending time with dogs who have a similar play style and can be a bouncy, goofy player. He has played well with the other dogs in his foster home and is good at backing off when his play gets too rowdy for them. He may do well with a confident dog friend in his new home to help show him the ropes. Dog introductions are recommended.

Greyson is located at the ARL Main. Transport may be available to approved adopters within the state of Iowa.
