Trixie has a lump on her chest. It has been biopsied and was found to be a non-cancerous lipoma (fatty tumor).

Training & Support

Trixie needs an adopter who will help her with a weight management and exercise plan.

• You will be contacted by a foster parent or adoption team member to discuss Trixie and ensure she's a good fit for your household.
• If Trixie is local, you may meet her, but you will not be able to take her home until you are approved.
• We will check references and schedule a home visit.
• If you live in an apartment or condo, please have your landlord or condo board's permission to own a pet.
• Once approved, you will receive an adoption contract with details about pickup and the remaining adoption fee.
• Please return the signed contract and pay the adoption fee in full.

Trixie is located in RI and transportation costs are included to the Northeast. Please ask for more details.
