Meet Milo! This handsome 3-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix is a traveler who came to us from a rescue partner after making his way to the states from Kuwait. Milo is an active 80lbs of pure joy who absolutely thrives on exercise. He loves long walks, runs, hikes, or just chasing a ball, and he's a pro on the leash. Once he's indoors, though, he transforms into a calm and relaxed companion, happy to settle at your feet. He's fantastic with kids and all other dogs, big or small. While he has had a couple of instances of barking at tall men out of fear, it's minor and we're confident with a little time and gentle introductions, he'll warm up to everyone. He's incredibly well-mannered in pet stores and even at restaurants, calmly sitting around tables and crowds. Milo is the perfect blend of outdoor enthusiasm and indoor chill!

Milo needs an experienced owner who can keep up with his active lifestyle and provide him with plenty of physical activity.

Milo is neutered and vaccinated.
Training & Support
Milo has had a couple of instances of barking at tall men out of fear, which is minor. We believe with gentle introductions and positive reinforcement, he will overcome this. He is well-mannered in public settings.

Transporation
Milo is located in South Carolina and is transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
