Connor

Connor is a handsome Border Collie mix, born in December 2018, who is ready to find his forever home! He can be a bit shy and insecure when meeting new people, but once he warms up to you, he's a loyal companion who will be by your side. He's truly an introvert's dream dog, preferring quiet nights at home with his family over bustling outings.

Ideal Home

Connor would thrive in a calm and structured environment with a predictable routine. Because he can be insecure and prefers a quieter lifestyle, a home without young children is best. He would do well with a confident canine companion or could be happy as an only dog. While he currently lives with cat-savvy cats, he may not adjust well to new feline friends. He is not a dog that enjoys dog parks or busy public places; he much prefers to be at home with his people.

Connor is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Connor is already potty, leash, and crate trained, which are fantastic foundations! He is still working on mastering basic commands like "sit" and "down," but with positive reinforcement and tasty treats (he loves them!), he's sure to learn quickly. He enjoys playing with chew toys and tug-o-war, though fetch hasn't quite clicked yet.
