Griffin is a sweet, 2-year-old, 60-pound bundle of fun with a big personality and a whole lot of love to give! He's a giant goofball who plays hard and loves even harder. Griffin was found as a stray and came to us through a bit of a serendipitous reunion – turns out, he's the sibling of two dogs we recently adopted out! We're so happy to have this energetic guy with us. Griffin is incredibly food-motivated and loves walks, toys, and especially splashing in the baby pool – it's a hilarious sight! He's also a smart cookie and will even grab his leash when he thinks it's walk time.
Ideal Home
Griffin would thrive in an active home with an adopter who loves to go on adventures like walks and hikes. He absolutely needs a fenced yard to safely burn off his zoomies. Because of his high energy and tendency to zoom around, a home with children 8 and older would be best. Griffin also requires another active, playful dog in the home who will be his wrestling and roughhousing buddy. An apartment is not suitable for Griffin.
Ongoing Health
Griffin is up-to-date on all his preventatives and has been tested and is heartworm negative. His adoption fee includes his spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and deworming.
Training & Support
Griffin is already crate-trained and potty-trained, which are great head starts! His biggest need is ensuring he has plenty of opportunities to expend his abundant energy. Providing him with his required exercise and play with a canine sibling should help him settle in nicely.
