Sebastian, an approximately 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, is a delightful bundle of love weighing around 3 pounds. He and his littermates were found abandoned on the streets of Houston, but Sebastian is now safe and thriving in a foster home in Austin, Texas.
Ideal Home
Sebastian is looking for a family ready for all the joy, chaos, laughter, and love that comes with raising a tiny puppy. Because of his small size, any other pets in the home should be gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions should be supervised. He cannot be left alone for long periods of time; a home where someone is present more often than not is ideal. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, we will only consider your application if there is another adult available to care for him during the day.

As a young puppy, Sebastian is still developing and growing. His exact breed mix and adult size are unknown, so adopters should be prepared for some mystery and puppy surprises.
Training & Support
Sebastian is still learning about the world and will need a family committed to helping him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. He is currently working on potty training and crate training. His new family should expect to continue consistent training with frequent potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and patience. Puppies thrive with structure, routine, and supervision.
