Meet Blue!

This handsome 2-year-old American Pitbull Terrier is a bundle of joy with a heart as blue as his coat. He's a loving companion who weighs about 75 pounds and is looking for his forever family. Blue has a playful spirit and enjoys romping in a fenced yard with his favorite rope ball. He also loves car rides, taking in all the new sights and smells! When he's not playing, Blue is a devoted shadow, always ready for a good cuddle and happy to receive attention from anyone who offers it.

Ideal Home

Blue thrives in a calm and stable environment where he can feel secure. He can be uneasy with loud noises and thunderstorms, and he may chew on paper or cardboard if left alone for extended periods, so he would do best in a home where he receives plenty of one-on-one attention. His past experiences with other dogs have been mixed, and he may be most comfortable as the only pet or with slow, patient introductions to build trust. His compatibility with cats and children is unknown.

Blue is house-trained and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Blue knows how to sit and is eager to learn more with positive reinforcement. He benefits from structure and encouragement from a patient caregiver.
