Meet Sabrita - A tiny fighter with the softest heart!
Sabrita has lived through heartbreak no puppy should ever face. She and her brother, Dorito, were the only survivors of a litter of ten. Neglected, surrendered, and then tragically run over by her own family, Sabrita fought her way back from a hip fracture with quiet strength and sweetness. Today, she has blossomed into a gentle, affectionate girl who loves attention, playtime, and staying close to her brother. She is a little shy at first, but once she trusts you, she melts right into your hands.
Ideal Home
Sabrita would thrive in a caring, patient home where she can feel safe and adored. She is great with kids 10+ and can be tested with cats. While it would be wonderful for her and Dorito to be adopted together, they'll also do beautifully on their own. For anyone looking for a bonded pair, these two are pure love.
Ongoing Health
Sabrita is a survivor and has recovered from a hip fracture.
Training & Support
Sabrita is potty and leash trained.
Application Details:

- Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home.
Transportation
Sabrita is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We adopt the majority of our dogs to the US and Canada. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta, and you will meet them at the airport. During the summer months, it may be challenging to secure Canadian flight angels, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable. We have successfully completed many adoptions over the summer with volunteers helping to bring dogs to their adopters at the border.
