Sweet, resilient, and ready for a home!

Tom is a handsome 3-year-old Bully mix, weighing around 45 lbs with a striking black and white coat. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter and has spent the last two years patiently waiting for his forever family. Despite his journey, Tom remains incredibly sweet, affectionate, and always maintains a cheerful disposition. He is calm and respectful in his kennel, but in the play yard, his playful and joyful spirit truly shines with energetic zoomies! Tom adores people, greets everyone warmly, and is wonderful with children.

Ideal Home

Tom would thrive in a home with a yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy playtime. We recommend homes with children 10 years and older to ensure the best fit for everyone. He is looking for an experienced adopter who can provide the structure, leadership, and love he has been waiting for.

Ongoing Health

Tom is healthy and currently receiving treatment for heartworm.

Training & Support

Tom is crate trained, potty trained, and comfortable with handling, grooming, and vet care. He would benefit from consistent leash training and a confident handler who can offer clear guidance, as he is still learning commands and can be a bit stubborn at times. He enjoys the company of other dogs but is also happy being independent, making him adaptable to various living situations.
