Nurture

Nurture is an incredibly intelligent and loyal girl with a medium energy level. She enjoys quiet naps during the day and is very respectful of your work time, never bothering her foster mom. Come 5 PM, though, she's ready for some fun! She'll grab a favorite stuffed toy and let you know it's time for some exercise. Nurture truly shines after an intensive play session with her dog friends, a good game of fetch, or a solid hour or two of running.

Ideal Home

Nurture would thrive in a home where she can enjoy her playtime and quiet naps. She's been noted to be cautious with new people and dogs on leash, but quickly relaxes once she feels comfortable. She really comes alive and shows her confident, playful side when she's off-leash and has the space to be herself.

Ongoing Health

Nurture is spayed and vaccinated. She is generally healthy but will let her foster mom know if she's experiencing any tummy issues.

Training & Support

Nurture has excellent house manners and knows many commands. She is respectful of food and her belongings. Her foster mom notes that Nurture was not well-socialized during her critical puppyhood due to being a pandemic puppy, and later became a stray. While she's doing wonderfully now, continued positive reinforcement and opportunities for socialization will help her continue to thrive.
