Raz has already received three vaccinations and has been dewormed multiple times, and you'll receive a folder with all this important documentation for your veterinarian.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Once your application is approved, you'll receive an "Approval Letter" and then the "Transport Roster Information form."
• The $75 transport fee is due to secure transport.
• The $100 adoption fee is due upon pickup.
