Domino may play it cool at first, but once you've passed her friend test, you'll have a devoted, furry shadow who wiggles with joy every time you call. We believe Domino is a Pit Bull Terrier mix, weighing in at a sturdy 51lbs. She's a medium-sized adventure buddy, equally skilled at conquering mountain trails and claiming her designated 50% of your couch for professional-grade napping.
Ideal Home
Domino would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard where she can zoom and wiggle to her heart's content. She's also looking for a home with medium to low-energy dogs who respect her personal space, though she's equally happy to be your one and only. Domino is not a fan of cats and is looking for a cat-free environment.

Training & Support
Domino is a pro-level roommate who already knows the house rules. She's mastered being a polite house guest, knows exactly where to go when nature calls, and considers her crate her own private "Do Not Disturb" suite. She's been socialized with children and is unfazed by the happy chaos of a busy home. Domino is still perfecting her leash-walking skills and would benefit from continued practice.

Transporation
Domino is currently in a foster home in Texas. Transportation is available nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An additional surcharge of $87 applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
