Meet Max! This handsome 8-month-old Chihuahua mix is a true gem, rescued from a situation in South Texas where he lived with an elderly woman who had too many chihuahuas. Despite his past, Max is a social and friendly boy who adores other dogs and enjoys a good play session. He's already crate trained and is working diligently on finishing up his potty training, which will make his transition into a loving home a breeze. Max's favorite pastimes include happily chewing on bones and romping around with his mom, Sissy, who is also looking for her forever home!

Ideal Home

Max would love a home where he can continue to grow and play. He enjoys the company of other dogs and has shown he is good with children.

Max's adoption fee includes his spay, current vaccines, and microchip.

Training & Support

Max is working on his potty training and will need a patient adopter to help him perfect this skill. He also loves to chew bones, so providing him with appropriate chew toys will be key to his happiness.
