Sonny

Sonny is a sweet, medium-sized Pomeranian/Husky mix who is around 50lbs and a bit stocky. He's a bouncy, energetic puppy who gets very excited to meet new people and seems to be great with kids. Sonny is friendly to all our volunteers and enjoys exploring his surroundings with a curious nose. He walks well on a leash and is eager to find his forever home!

Ideal Home

Sonny would do best in an active home with someone who understands puppy energy and is willing to provide him with plenty of playtime and training. Because he is reactive to other dogs and cats, he would need to be the only pet in the household.

Ongoing Health

Sonny may need a muzzle for vet visits until he becomes more comfortable. He gets scared during handling at the vet, so we can recommend a veterinarian experienced with anxious dogs who treats one pet at a time.

Training & Support

Sonny is still learning his manners and would benefit from additional training, especially to help with his reactions to other animals and his fear during pet handling.
