Peggy is a sweet, affectionate, and curious girl who was found wandering the streets of South Central Los Angeles with a blanket around her neck like a makeshift leash. Thankfully, a kind soul couldn't leave her behind and took her in, hoping to give her a second chance. While Peggy may have had a difficult past, she's adjusting wonderfully and is ready to find her forever family. She loves exploring, is friendly and social with other animals (including cats and squirrels!), and sleeps through the night in a crate. She walks twice a day and remains calm for her age.
