Sydney is a happy, adventurous girl who loves car rides and is always ready for walks, outings, dog park trips, and adventures with her people. She walks well on leash and hardly pulls, enjoying being out and about. New places don't faze her; she takes a moment to observe and then jumps right into being her loving, curious self, often followed by adorable zoomies once she's comfortable.
Ideal Home
Sydney would thrive in an active home where she's included in daily life. She's a toy enthusiast who enjoys fetch, sticks, and solo play. She could do well in an apartment or a house, as long as her family is energetic and enjoys including her. Families comfortable with an affectionate, enthusiastic dog who may get a little jumpy when asking for affection are ideal, as they can help guide gentle greetings.
Ongoing Health
Sydney is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP vaccinations, Bordetella, and Rabies. She has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and flea prevention. She is microchipped with free lifetime registration.

- The adoption fee is $1,000 and includes all vetting, spay/neuter, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, the cost of transport, and years of love and loyal companionship.
- A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
Transportation
Sydney is located in the Houston area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
