Celeste

Celeste is a 1-year-old female Chihuahua who weighs 8 lbs. She is a tiny survivor who is looking for a patient and loving forever home. Despite a difficult start in a hoarding case with 50 dogs, Celeste is making incredible progress every single day. She can be a little cautious around new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes the snuggliest lap dog! Her favorite place is right by her human's side, and she loves to be doted on. Her sweet little face and adorable "smile" will bring joy to her forever family every day.

Ideal Home

Celeste would do best in a quiet, patient home that understands shy dogs and will give her the time to continue blossoming. Because sudden movements and loud environments can still scare her, a home without small children would be ideal. She takes comfort in following other dogs, so a home with at least one doggie sibling is a must.

Ongoing Health

Celeste is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Celeste is house-trained. She is still gaining confidence and benefits from the companionship of other dogs.
