Tito is an approximately 2-year-old, 40-pound bundle of joy, a striking mix of Border Collie and Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler). His handsome black-and-white coat, uniquely speckled markings, perky ears, and captivating amber eyes make him a true head-turner. One of his eyes even boasts a mesmerizing multicolor marbling, adding to his special charm and perfectly reflecting his intelligent and soulful nature. Bred from lineages known for their smarts, loyalty, sensitivity, athleticism, and deep connection with their people, Tito embodies all these wonderful traits.

Tito forms an incredibly deep bond with his chosen humans. Once he trusts you, he'll shower you with love and cherish being by your side. He has a natural instinct to keep an eye on his loved ones, almost as if he feels a sense of responsibility for them. His devotion is profound, and he truly thrives on companionship, connection, and being an integral part of your daily life.

This clever boy is an avid adventurer who loves long walks, exploring new places, and cherishing quality time with his favorite people. Tito's sharp mind and active body need engagement, and he excels when both are stimulated. He's a big fan of puzzle toys, treat-filled Kongs, chew toys, and any enrichment activity that challenges him to problem-solve and work for rewards. He's eager to learn and loves having a "job" to do!

Tito is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks like a dream on leash. He's highly treat-motivated and will flourish with ongoing obedience training, consistent structure, and clear boundaries. Tito does best with someone experienced with intelligent working breeds who understands the importance of consistency, leadership, and mental stimulation for these dogs to truly thrive.

Like many loyal and protective working breeds, Tito can be a bit reserved around strangers, especially in unfamiliar or overwhelming situations. In these moments, he may bark or growl to communicate his discomfort and create space. Tito benefits from slow introductions, patience, and an adopter who is willing to understand his personality and earn his trust. Once he feels safe, his affectionate and loving nature shines through beautifully.

Tito doesn't do well with dominant dogs, particularly males who challenge him. He prefers to be the confident one in his relationships and may assert himself if another dog pushes boundaries. Because of this, Tito would likely do best as the only dog in the household, with a calm female dog, or with an experienced adopter who fully understands dog behavior, structure, and proper management.

Tito isn't a beginner dog, but for the right person, he will be an unbelievably loyal companion and best friend. He's the kind of dog who will stand by your side through thick and thin, loving you with unmatched devotion.
