Skye

Skye is a sweet female Pit Bull Terrier mix who is about 1 year old. She has been waiting patiently since December 2023 for a second chance at a happy life. Skye was abandoned in our parking lot, but we've showered her with love and she's feeling much better! She's a good girl who tested well with other dogs, but she does resource guard.

Ideal Home

Skye would do best as the only pet in the home. If a rescue is interested in placing her with a foster who has experience with resource guarding, she could potentially live with another dog.

Ongoing Health

Skye is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Skye resource guards and will need a home that can manage this behavior.
