Meet Rocky! This handsome 2-year-old boy has had a tough start, but his spirit remains incredibly bright and full of love. Rocky was found abandoned on an apartment balcony in the Texas heat, left alone with only a Chihuahua for company and no escape from the sun. Despite this difficult beginning, Rocky has blossomed since arriving at the sanctuary. He thrives in a pack environment, loves to run free, and absolutely adores receiving attention. He greets everyone with infectious excitement, trust, and a hopeful heart. We're baffled as to why Rocky keeps getting overlooked, as he's a loving companion ready for his forever home. He truly deserves to be seen and chosen, and he still believes his special person is out there waiting for him.
