Meet Skyview's Irish Setters. Alice Birchett is from Virginia and breeds Irish Setters. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. I decided to breed my Irish Setters not only for their beauty, but also for excellent temperaments, excellent health, style and attitude. I have raised my dogs to be nothing but the best they can be with a fulfilling life. What sets me apart from many breeders is not only my promise to keep communication and to stay in contact, but also my trust/honesty. Also knowing health and genetics are very important in any dog. My dogs have been tested for diseases that are common in Irish Setters such as “Degenerative Myelopathy” aka “DM” and “Progressive retinal atrophy rod-cone dysplasia” aka “PRA-RCD” along with other none prone genetic health diseases. All of my dogs are cleared with Embark Vet.
