Momma

I'm Momma, and my estimated date of birth is March 2019. While I might be considered a senior, I still have a whole lot of love and spunk to share! My journey to find my forever family hasn't been the easiest. For over six years, I lived as a stray, fending for myself and my puppies without a home or medical care. My amazing fosters never gave up on me, and after a recent litter of my own puppies, Poe and Ty, they were finally able to gain my trust. One day, my curious puppies wandered into their yard, and I followed, grateful for the chance to shelter with them. We were reported as found strays, and when no one claimed us, we knew it was time for a new beginning. Now, as part of Pawfect Match, I'm ready to find my loving forever home!

I recently spent time in a temporary foster home where I met new people and other dogs, and I took it all in stride. I'm a go-with-the-flow kind of girl who enjoys lounging on a comfy dog bed, soaking up the sun, or even keeping a watchful eye on a little one in a playpen. I'm also a pro at crate training, eat my meals politely, and take treats gently. When we go for walks, I prefer a leisurely pace. I adore gentle pets and will lean in for more when you stop. I'm truly the sweetest companion you could ask for!

Ongoing Health

I've received a wellness visit and am up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. My spay surgery has been completed by a rescue-affiliated vet.

Training & Support

I am a slow-pace walker and am gentle when taking treats. I enjoy being petted and will nudge you for more when you stop.
