Marlena

Marlena is a spayed female, approximately 3 years old and around 50lbs. She's a happy and energetic girl with velvety black fur that feels as soft as a rabbit's. Marlena knows her name and comes when called, and she absolutely loves to cuddle and be a lap dog! She has a very unique and adorable smile due to a slight misalignment of her jaw, which is believed to be from trauma or a birth defect. This doesn't cause her any health issues, only a charmingly distinctive appearance. She's been with rescue for multiple years and deserves a loving forever home.

Ideal Home

Marlena is dog-friendly but may not be the best fit for all dogs due to her high energy and enthusiastic greetings. She loves puppies and younger dogs, but she has a high prey drive and is not cat-friendly.

Ongoing Health

Marlena is healthy and requires no special medical care. She is microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and on Simparica Trio for heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. She will receive a vet exam, negative fecal test, and health certificate for travel.

Training & Support
