Mimi is a sweet and resilient female American Staffordshire Terrier mix, approximately 5 years old and weighing around 38 lbs. She was rescued after being left behind in a house in Matamoros, Mexico, in terrible condition – severely underweight and covered in ticks and fleas. Despite her difficult past, Mimi has an incredibly loving spirit and a joyful personality. She adores human companionship and is social with other dogs and can live with cats with proper introductions and supervision. Mimi is active, funny, gentle, and always eager to please, showing immense gratitude for kindness. She's ready to leave her past behind and find a family to cherish forever.
