Wrigley is a sweet 13-week-old Hound/Retriever mix, weighing around 19 lbs. She's a playful pup who loves toys and zooming around, but also enjoys snuggles in between. Wrigley is named aptly, as she's a bit of a noodle-puppy, bouncing back quickly from her clumsy puppy antics and always ready for more fun. She's a curious and adventurous spirit, often the first to explore new things. Wrigley has been doing well in her crate overnight and has gotten along nicely with the dogs and young children in her foster home. She's eager to find her own forever home with her littermates, Walnut, Whisper, Willow, and Winky.
Ideal Home
Wrigley is looking for a home that will allow her plenty of playtime with toys and space for her puppy zoomies, followed by cozy snuggles. She's excited about going on walks and making doggie friends as she gets older.
Ongoing Health
Wrigley has received age-appropriate vaccines but may not be fully vaccinated. It is the adopter's responsibility to ensure she receives her remaining puppy vaccines on schedule. Until fully vaccinated, she is at a greater risk for illness. Wrigley has not yet been spayed. As part of the adoption contract, she must be spayed no later than October 4, 2026, with no exceptions or extensions. A non-refundable spay/neuter deposit will be collected if you opt for Lucky Dog to cover the procedure at one of their partner vets.
Training & Support
Wrigley will need work on her house training and will benefit from attending puppy obedience classes to help her grow into a well-socialized dog. Adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements for multiple potty breaks and exercise throughout the day for puppies under 6 months of age.
