Maddox

Maddox is a sweet, 4-year-old Belgian Malinois mix who has been through a lot. Her world turned upside down when her family went through a divorce, leaving her and her sister, Mel, without a home. While Mel found her forever family, Maddox is still waiting for her special person in Houston. She's a quiet girl who enjoys relaxing with her foster parents and has a reserved nature, preferring her own calm space. Maddox is housebroken, crate-trained, and incredibly affectionate, making her a wonderful companion rather than a high-drive working dog. She's good with other dogs, cats, and children, and enjoys playing fetch.

Ideal Home

Maddox would thrive in a home where she receives plenty of love and affection. Her new family must have a fully fenced yard; electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Maddox is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is kept on ProHeart 12.

Training & Support

Maddox is already housebroken and crate-trained. She is described as a quiet and affectionate companion.

• The adoption fee is $400, which covers all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high-quality nylon Martingale collar, and a harness.

Transportation

Maddox is currently being fostered in Texas but can be transported to any state, including Canada, for the right home.
