Willy

Meet Willy! This incredibly sweet boy has waited far too long for his chance at a forever home. Willy was found outside our shelter in March 2022, likely after being hit by a car. He arrived with a broken tail, fractured teeth, and multiple wounds, but even in his injured state, he greeted everyone with kindness. This gentle Lab mix has healed beautifully and is now thriving.

Ideal Home

Willy thrives on love and companionship. He enjoys toys, playing fetch, and gets along wonderfully with people and other dogs. He's a happy, social boy who has never been kenneled at the shelter, always enjoying time with his friends.

Ongoing Health

Willy has lifelong urinary and bowel incontinence due to his past injuries. He doesn't seem to notice it happens; he just wants to be loved!

Training & Support

Willy's needs are primarily medical due to his incontinence. He is a social and happy dog who just needs a patient and loving family to see past his challenges and embrace him for the incredible dog he is.

Transportation

Willy is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We can arrange transportation for approved adopters to the US and Canada. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at the Peace Arch Park at the border.
