Glover is a tiny retired gentleman with a passion for tennis balls! This 8-year-old, 16 lb charmer is estimated to be a Miniature Pinscher/Rat Terrier mix, but more importantly, he's mastered the art of being easy company. Glover settles in quickly, makes himself at home, and is perfectly content to be by your side. He's also a collector of toys and enjoys a good game of fetch, showing a playful spark when toys are involved. Glover handles new people, dogs, and environments with an easygoing attitude, politely greeting everyone and sharing affection. He appears to have some age-related changes to his hearing and eyesight, but he navigates life with a quiet confidence. Glover is wonderfully gentle and tolerates handling well, though he prefers to keep all four paws on the ground.
Ideal Home
Glover would thrive in an apartment or any home where he can have a person nearby, a few toys, and a peaceful place to call his own. He would do well with calm, dog-savvy cats who appreciate a respectful housemate.

Glover is currently being fostered in Texas. Transport is available nationwide through our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pickup is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
