Meet Deliah, a sweet and fun sidekick! She's a Bluetick Hound mix who weighs 36 lbs and is estimated to be around 4 years old. Deliah is a cuddly sweetheart who desperately wants love and affection. She had a rough start, rescued from a hoarding situation where she was kept outside in a crate without a proper bottom, left in the woods. Despite her past, Deliah's curiosity and loving spirit remain. Now safe and learning what it means to be cared for, she's soaking up all the play, comfort, and attention she can get.
Deliah adores being close to her people, whether it's for snuggles, climbing on your lap, or quietly following you around the house. She's learning that the world is a safe place and is blossoming daily with patience and reassurance. She acts younger than her estimated age of 7 and the rescue estimates her to be around 4.
Ideal Home
Deliah will thrive in a home that can continue showing her kindness, stability, and love. Someone who understands that while her past wasn't easy, her future is bright. She just needs a soft place to land, a family to call her own, and people who will love her the way she's always deserved.
Ongoing Health
Deliah is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.
Training & Support
Deliah is kennel and potty trained. She is dog-friendly, but her compatibility with cats and children is unknown, though likely friendly.
