Crux is a 9-week-old Golden Retriever/Heeler mix with a fun-loving personality and a heart full of love. He's the kind of puppy who wants to be wherever his people are-whether that's following you around the house, playing in the yard, or curling up beside you for a nap. He loves being close to his humans just as much as he loves having fun.
Crux is doing well with potty training and is already sleeping through the night without any accidents! He's also working on crate training, but if he could choose, he'd happily spend every night snuggled up with a human instead.
When it's time to play, Crux's favorite partner is his foster sister, Lyra. The two are always ready for a game of chase or a playful wrestling match before crashing together for a nap. He would thrive in a home with another friendly, playful dog who can match his energy and be his built-in best friend. Crux is also curious about cats and enjoys watching and investigating them with typical puppy curiosity. With continued positive introductions, he'll continue learning how to be a respectful companion to his feline friends.
