Peppa Pawdu

Meet Peppa Pawdu! This sweet 14-year-old girl is ready to enjoy the finer things in life: sunny spots, leisurely walks, belly rubs, car rides, and plenty of naps. Peppa was adopted from our program in 2024 but recently found herself back in rescue through no fault of her own. Her foster family has quickly fallen in love with this gem.

Peppa is the perfect mix of independent and affectionate. She enjoys having her own space but will happily wander over when she's ready for scratches, belly rubs, and a little extra love. This sweet girl is hard of hearing, enjoys a slower pace of life, and is happiest in a calm home where she can relax and enjoy her golden years.

Ideal Home

Peppa would thrive in a calm home where her people are around most of the time or can bring her along on adventures. A backyard or doggy door would be a huge bonus since she enjoys frequent trips outside. She would likely be happiest as the center of someone's world or with a calm, low-key canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Like many senior dogs, Peppa has some age-related spinal arthritis, but with her daily medication, she's comfortable and happy. Weight management is very important for Peppa for her spinal arthritis.

Training & Support

Peppa is hard of hearing, so clear visual cues and routines will be helpful.
