Kurt Buddy

Kurt is a young Jack Russell mix who's absolutely brimming with personality! He's a smart pup with a classic terrier's high prey drive, making him a fantastic companion for nature walks where he can patrol for squirrels. Kurt bonds deeply with his people and would be a wonderful "wing-man" for his forever family. He's made some doggie friends here and has the potential to live with other dogs, provided they meet him first. While he can be a little wary of new faces, once he trusts you, you'll have a friend for life! If you're looking for a cuddly lap warmer for movie nights, a co-pilot for long car rides, or a guardian for your yard against pesky squirrels, Kurt is your guy!

Ideal Home

Kurt would do best in a home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He is not suitable for a home with children under 8 years old or children 8 years and up.

Ongoing Health

Kurt is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Kurt has a high prey drive and enjoys patrolling for squirrels, which is a typical terrier trait. He can be a bit wary of new people, so patience and positive reinforcement will help him build confidence.
