Chumlee is a charming 2-year-old, 20lb Chi mix who is searching for his forever family. He arrived from a hoarding situation and is now ready to find a loving person to call his own.

Chumlee is a sensitive soul who is still learning to trust and experience life as a dog. He has a special fondness for other dogs of similar size and would truly benefit from having a canine companion to help him navigate his new world. We're happy to report that Chumlee is already potty-trained! He has blossomed wonderfully in his foster home, even discovering the joy of couch snuggles and offering a paw for affection. He's ready to be an amazing companion for a patient and loving human and a fun friend for a pup his size.

Ideal Home

Chumlee would thrive in a quiet home environment where he can continue to build his confidence. He absolutely needs a fenced yard and a canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Chumlee is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, dewormed, and up-to-date on flea prevention. His adoption fee covers all of this vetting, including a wellness exam and microchip.

Training & Support

While Chumlee is potty-trained, he is still learning to trust and be a dog. He will need patience and understanding as he continues to grow. Having another dog in the home will be a great support for his continued development.
