Diamond Fluff is a shy but sweet girl who blossoms once she feels comfortable. In dog playgroups, she’s initially reserved, but if her canine companions are gentle, she’ll start to bow and prance, ready for some fun! When she's feeling relaxed, she bounces around the yard like a bunny. Diamond is easily comforted by people and enjoys being close to her foster family, especially when she’s being petted and brushed. She has a beautiful long, white and cream coat with charming tan freckles on her face.
Ideal Home
Diamond would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence. She's not suited for a working farm environment; instead, she prefers the comfort of indoors and is happy to settle into her crate for a meal. She's still learning about the world and can be nervous during car rides, doing best when crated for travel. Due to her shyness with new experiences like car rides and leashes, a patient and understanding family is key. She is quiet and doesn't vocalize when being moved.
Ongoing Health
Diamond is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and current on prevention. She has tested negative for heartworms.
Training & Support
Diamond is house-trained and crate-trained. She has no leash experience and was carried to and from the car and vet clinic, indicating she needs gradual introduction and positive reinforcement for leash walking.
