Hi, I'm Raditz! If you're looking for a dog with lots of personality, adventure, and a healthy dose of goofball energy, I might be your guy. I love hiking, exploring, learning new things, and spending time with my people. I'm obedience trained, highly intelligent, and happiest when I have structure, guidance, and something productive to do. Physical exercise and mental enrichment help me thrive, and I'm always up for an adventure or a training session.
I'm also a pretty silly dude. Sometimes my enthusiasm gets the better of me, and I like to express my excitement by turning into an oversized puppy. I'm currently working hard on my manners. My training is going well, but I'll need an adopter who is committed to continuing the work and helping me make good choices.
Ideal Home
Because I'm a smart and strong-minded dog, I'm looking for an experienced, patient adopter who understands the importance of consistency. I do best with clear expectations and a routine that sets me up for success. An adult-only home would be the best fit for me. I'm looking to be the star of the show and would prefer to be your one and only pet. That means no other dogs and no cats.
Ongoing Health
I do have some resource guarding tendencies around food, so I'll need an adopter who is comfortable managing that behavior. The good news is that I already know the routine and should be safely fed in my crate.
