Kiara

Kiara is a 3-year-old, 43-pound pittie mix who greets the world with a smile that could brighten the cloudiest day! She's a delightful mix of cuddle bug and goofball, happily hopping into your lap for kisses and soaking up every bit of love. Kiara has medium energy and is wonderfully balanced; she enjoys a good case of the pittie zoomies outdoors and then settles in for a lazy afternoon of people-watching by your side. She walks beautifully on a leash, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and adores pets and praise. Her confidence is growing each week, and her sassy little spark makes her even more endearing. Kiara's sunny personality is even more special considering her story – she was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high-kill Texas shelter simply due to pet overpopulation. Now, she's eager to leave those difficult days behind and find a forever family who will cherish her for the loving dog she is.
