About Cheerio

Cheerio is an approximately 9-month-old pup who may be a German Shepherd mix, though with rescue, it's always a guess! What we do know for sure is that she is an incredibly sweet, social, and adaptable puppy who has been thriving in her foster home. Cheerio is playful, curious, and cuddly, with a lovely balance of puppy energy and an off switch. She enjoys hiking adventures and would make a great little outdoor buddy, but she is just as happy settling in for naps and cuddle time. She is crate trained and does very well with routine, which has been a great foundation for her continued training. Cheerio is also very gentle and social, happily greeting new people and soaking up attention, and is especially impressive with tiny dogs, adjusting her play style to match them.

Ideal Home

Cheerio will need a family that can commit to training, socialization, and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start.
