Peter Parker

Meet Peter Parker! He's a nearly two-year-old, approximately 70-pound bundle of joy and energy, possibly with some Australian Shepherd or English Shepherd, and maybe even a touch of Great Pyrenees, mixed in. Peter Parker is eager to become your adventure buddy, ready for beach trips, forest hikes, jeep rides, and fun yard games. When playtime is over, he's the perfect companion for relaxing on the porch, snuggling on the couch, or enjoying a movie marathon. He’s a gentle giant with a great off-switch, making him a wonderful addition to a loving home.

Ideal Home

Peter Parker would love a home where he can share in life's adventures. While he hasn't been around young children, we suspect he would enjoy the company of older kids who can keep up with his playful spirit. He may be a bit overwhelmed by very young children due to his exuberant play style. He might also benefit from a calm canine sibling to help him gain confidence in busy or urban environments.

Training & Support

Peter Parker has excellent house manners, is fully potty trained and crate trained. He's very handler-focused and eager to please, making him a joy to train. He is motivated by both treats and toys, and could excel in dog sports like obedience or nose-work. He can be a little hesitant with strangers at first, but with gentle introductions, he warms up quickly. He enjoys patrolling his fenced yard and keeping it critter-free.

Peter Parker is currently being fostered near Yakima, WA. We are open to fielding applicants anywhere in the Pacific Northwest and have volunteer drivers who can meet you part way.
