Callan ATX

Callan is a Great Pyrenees mix with a soft heart and soulful eyes. He’s a bit of a nervous Nelly at first, but once he warms up, he’s affectionate, loyal, and loves to be near his people. This sweet boy has been through a lot. He came to us with an old cruciate ligament (CL) injury, but it’s fully healed now, and he’s getting around beautifully. With patience, kindness, and a little routine, Callan will reward you with trust, devotion, and that signature Pyr charm.

Ideal Home

Callan does best in a calm, reassuring home where he can build confidence at his own pace. His ideal home will also have no (or older) children and a couple of other playful doggos. He needs people who understand that new situations can be a little intimidating for him and give him the support he needs to experience the good that life has to offer!

Ongoing Health

Callan came to us with an old cruciate ligament (CL) injury, which is now fully healed. He will need to continue to be on a joint supplement for life.

Training & Support

He can be a bit of a nervous Nelly at first, so he needs a calm and reassuring environment to build his confidence. With patience and kindness, he will thrive.
