Sparky is a handsome American Staffordshire Terrier mix, estimated to be born on February 2, 2022, and he weighs 53lbs. This sweet boy brings a calm, steady joy into your life. He's happiest by your side, whether that's curled up on the couch or joining you for a peaceful walk. Sparky loves belly rubs, fresh air, and spending time with his people. He's wonderfully mellow and easygoing at home, happily matching your pace. He enjoys walks and trips to the dog park, walking nicely on a leash, though he might get a little excited by squirrels! Sparky does well with other dogs, especially with calm introductions and taking things slow. Once comfortable, his sweet personality truly shines. Training & Support
Sparky is kennel and potty trained. He might get a little excited by squirrels on walks. He is eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

Transportation
Sparky is currently located in Houston, TX. Transport is available out of state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
