Yahtzee

Yahtzee is a sweet 1-year-old, 50lb mixed breed with a beautiful dark brindle coat. She was found starving on the side of the highway but was rescued and nursed back to health. Sadly, her rescuer had to surrender her due to unforeseen medical circumstances. For two months, Yahtzee enjoyed life in a home environment, even riding shotgun in a truck and playing with a 4-year-old child. She lived with a cat and, at the shelter, she gets along well with her kennel mate, Copper. Yahtzee is heartworm negative, spayed, and up-to-date on shots.

Ideal Home

Yahtzee has experience with cats and children and enjoys playing with them. She would likely do well in a home with a feline friend and would be a wonderful companion for an active family.

Ongoing Health

Yahtzee is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Yahtzee is housebroken and walks well on a leash. She has also demonstrated a friendly disposition towards other dogs at the shelter.
