FRANNIE (Loves Kids, Dogs, Playing in the Back Yard & Water See video)

Frannie is a beautiful, 3.5-year-old, 50-pound black Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier mix with a shiny coat and a heart full of love to give! She's a true water enthusiast who adores any adventure involving lakes, rivers, or beaches. Whether it's paddleboarding, boating, camping, or simply lounging by the water, Frannie is all in. Her foster mom warns that she's so in love with the water, a life jacket might be a good idea to keep her from spending all her time swimming!

Despite a challenging start in life, Frannie is incredibly resilient, sweet, and ready to embrace a loving family. Her puppies have all found wonderful homes, and now it's her turn for adventures. She's house-trained, crate-savvy, and enjoys the simple pleasure of playing in the backyard. Frannie is good with other dogs but can get stressed if there are too many in the home, so she would do best as an only dog or with one canine companion. She lives happily with 6-year-old twins and loves children, but she also understands and respects her personal space.

Frannie would thrive in a home that offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures, especially near water. She's looking for a patient and loving family to show her what true love feels like. While she enjoys playtime with kids, she also values her quiet time.

Ongoing Health

Frannie is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her shots. She's a little on the pudgy side after the winter and could benefit from losing about 5 pounds.

Training & Support

Frannie is already house-trained and crate-trained. She enjoys playing in the backyard and is good with other dogs, though she prefers a calmer environment with fewer canine companions.
