Friday got her name after being heartbreakingly left outside the shelter in a crate on Black Friday, but she’s ready to turn that story into a happily-ever-after. At 4 years old, Friday (or Fri-YAY as we like to call her) is the perfect mix of energetic and sweet. She’s the kind of dog who greets life with enthusiasm and a wagging tail, especially if it involves the outdoors. Hiking is her happy place, and she takes her sniffing duties very seriously...every trail is an adventure, every scent a mystery to solve. After a good hike or sniffari, she’s more than happy to soak up affection and enjoy some well-earned downtime. She’s already had enough disappointment for one lifetime—now she’s just waiting for someone to choose her.
