Meet Dutton! This sturdy little Pomeranian mix was once known as Cobra because he was so terrified, he'd curl up in the corner of his kennel and try to disappear. But that wasn't who he truly was! After some time in a loving foster home, Dutton has blossomed into a curious, affectionate shadow who just wants to be near his people. He was found severely matted and covered in fleas and ticks, requiring a full shave-down, but his adorable "summer cut" is growing back, revealing the handsome gentleman he's becoming. Dutton is surprisingly quiet for his breed, loves to explore, and has discovered the joy of snuggling. He's gaining confidence and trust every day, knowing he finally belongs.

Ideal Home

Dutton is looking for a family that will continue to build his confidence and remind him daily that he'll never have to be afraid again. He would do best in a home with older, respectful children.

Ongoing Health

Dutton required a full shave-down due to matting and was treated for fleas and ticks. His coat is growing back beautifully.

Training & Support

Dutton is potty trained and trustworthy in the house. He is a wonderfully quiet companion.
