Meet Gidget, a gentle Red Heeler with a sweet, easygoing nature and a heart-melting smile. Found wandering in the August heat, she followed her rescuers home after no owner came forward. Now about 4 years old and 40 pounds, Gidget enjoys daily walks, exploring the yard, lounging in a home office, cuddling, and playing with her toys.

Ideal Home

Gidget will do best as the only pet, with no cats or other dogs. Her history with children is unknown, so slow, structured introductions are recommended; an adult-focused home may be best.
